Truck bed liner paint in spray cans will handle gasoline spills. People can't keep their hands off it. I went riding with 4 Hurley riders. They all cussed me! Everyone that came in wanted to know about MY bike. Prep it well. I painted outdoors on a calm day. Sold it to a member here that totaled it.
Show us a web page that has the truck bed liner paint of which you speak. I want some.

Do they make gas-proof paint?
I wonder if this is fuel proof?

I am going to email them when I get closer to painting my project.

None of the like Dupli-color, Krylon, Rusto-leum or any other rattle can paints even the automotive touch-up paints are designed to resist chemicals and gasoline. They are also soft and won't stand up to abrasion like a good automotive paint should. Paint your gas tank with this crap, spill some gas on it and watch the instant damage. NAPA will fill a rattle can with any Dupont PPG paint color for you...this stuff is a true automotive paint and is resistant to chemicals and gasoline and abrasion. it costs about $17.00 a can but it works! They will a;so sell it in quart cans for those of us with a compressor and a HVLP spray gun.

Gyrobob,
Been a while and not sure if I got it at Wal-Mart or Home Depot.
Only 3 colors, black, white, red. Tried the regular paints, and gas ate it. I'll try to find pictures.

I did a few searches and found the guy who bought your bike (Biddie) - still had some pics on bikepics.com
