have to keep on the throttle or it will shut off. is there anything i can do besides rejet?

Was it an el cheapo pod? Might check the throat to make sure it doesn't have that step that blocks off your vacuum port.

Hmmm, strange, I could never get roasted nuts to fire up at all. They taste good though.

Well did you swap to a pod just for looks or in order to increase performance? If it's just for looks I have bad news, your most likely going to have to rejet to make it run smoothly. If it was for performance. UM yea your going to have to rejet to optimize performance.
You could always try partially enclosing the pod to reduce the air intake/redirect direct air intake. But if you were willing to go through that much trouble, I'm sure you would rejet for optimal performance also anyway.
