Well shucks, after making a post yesterday about letting my bike set the winter out, etc, I went to start her this morning and she acted like she wouldn't
Well, let me back up a wee bit.
I have been fishing a lot, the salmon are passing my house and making for the spawning beds up in the rivers.....SO, well, it's my duty!
These are a couple of Coho salmon, or what we call silver, they have the bright orange flesh and taste great, make wonderful sushi....

So, anyways, some of these fish are chicks, they got eggs. A co-worker said his uncle, or dad, or someone in his family makes caviar out of the eggs, s'pose to be great.... asked if I could bring him some. I did. He gave me some. I had a sample....
I pooped non stop for three days. My bike stayed put for 5....
And this is where the story left off.....
I go and try to start her, she doesn't want to. It's been damp, so I thought maybe the flow through the switches wasn't up to snuff. I take her off her stand, re-set all the stuff again, and she fires, but it seems she is pissed. I ride her anyway....she is mad, I can tell.
Well I get to the light ( I was in the dark, it was 3:30AM) at the ferry dock, and just decide to check my "gas gauge"
Uh, according to it.... I am at 130 miles since fill up and I'm running normal on my petcock (stock).....
Well, duh, I was on fumes
I put her in reserve, find a station after unloading, and BAM, she is dancing with me again
Moral of the story.....if you are gonna take a long poop break, make sure you have enuff gas, or sumtin like that
