Do you really think it's likely after all this time that there is anything still located at any of the likely targets that is worth blowing up. Assad isn't stupid enough to leave his resourses where they are likely to be hit. We will blow up empty buildings, airfields which no longer have any aircraft on them, radar sites etc. empty of equipment and personnel. Assad started moving his stuff out of harm's way as soon as a retaliatory strike was mentioned.

If congress agrees, or if Obama decides to launch some kind of a strike now wihout their explicit authorization, it will be nothing more than an empty gesture. It's like kicking some guys dog because you are pissed at him but can't do anything about it

The problem is Biden took all the good names like Village Idiot so Obama got what was left over. I'm happy to not see Bushitler 20 times a day now so the Obama names are a refreshing change.
