Check out CHEAPCYCLEPARTS.com. I got an OEM Yamaha Raptor 660 petcock, PN 5LP-24500-01-00, marked "Made in Japan" for $31.87 shipping included. Fits and works perfectly, easy installation, no mods or fuel line changes needed. This is actually listed for a 2003 Yamaha ATV. Price should be the same, I just got it in June.

I spent about 26, walked in, bought it, walked out. The excitement of giving my creditcard info to an online dealer doesnt make me wanna spendmore..WHY NOT support a LOCAL merchant?

Because some local merchants have earned the term "stealership."

Yourt local Yamaha shop has offendedyou?

When I was doing the top end on the 660 Raptor they couldnt get rings that passed spec. The  owner saw me in there, over & over  asked what was going on. When he found out howmuch Id been thru, he told his parets guy to GETme a piston & rings,  from wherever I was okay with, take back the piston & wrist pin, etc, & EAT the difference. They lost over $30.00, but they took care ofme,

It is not all that unusual to have a good experience at a motorcycle dealer.  Over the past half-century for me, it has happened several times.
