I know that they had double white walls on some older cars but never saw them on a bike

Old style drop center rim. Yet another point Suzuki dropped the ball on, the bike should have shipped with a 16" rear from the factory.

I know you can paint white wall stripes onto tires, but doubles would be such a pain LOL
