Hmm... he kind of looks like he might be active duty military on top of the other mentioned items. Getting caught showboating, riding w/o a helmet or riding w/o proper attire and a reflective band/vest are all violations he can be charged under military regs for.

I would not want to be in his shoes if he IS in fact military, and somebody in his unit who dislikes him sees that...
