The key blank is very similar to commercial mailbox/locker keys. Any competent locksmith can run his tools into the lock and custom cut you one, for anywhere between $24 and $60 USD.

Considering you can leave the key in, helmet on the bars, go shopping and the bike will still be there... I wouldn't bother. I'm getting ready to delete the steering head lock from mine, angle grinder with cut off wheel, drop the forks and bearings/cups, weld up the hole.
