Correct me if I'm wrong (Read 92 times)

There is a medium brown look to the insulator and dark color to the curved electrode. A lean condition would show an extremely light tan to white-like color.

Well I just got back from my ride after installing a K&N filter and an after market muffler and changing the jets to a 150 main, pilot 55, and 2 metal washers for the needle and 1 turn out on the mixture screw. Holy crap what a difference now, this thing really gets up to speed it hit 80 before I even knew it and it pulls way down low too. I am still a little lean on the main jet but it's hardly worth worrying about and it doesn't backfire or pop even when I shut down. Thanks for the help everybody.
