Well, you probably do....
All you need is a 12mm combination wrench, a small piece of 12 ga. steel, a 3/8" drive torque wrench, a ruler, and a calculator....
The piece of steel gets shoved between the torque wrench's drive square and the dog-bone end of the combination wrench, making for a snug fit there. Some length measurements, some easy calculations, and you're in business with a nice torque adapter!
