once the axle is out, roll the wheel forward and slip the belt off. The pulley and quite possibly the rubber insulators/isolators will fall out of the wheel and smash your toes or fingers. It weighs as much as the rest of the hub/hoop/spokes/tire combo once the brake plate falls out and smashes your other toes.
Oh, the brake plate fits around a tab on the swingarm, pull back to free the brake plate from the tab, then let the plate rotate down before trying to push the wheel forward. If you forgot to unhook the brake stay and brake rod, do so now...
Major leaguer pain in the butt. Ask Pine, he was up here a couple weeks ago. Wonder if he ever got his rear brake dialed back in all the way, it takes awhile to find the sweet spot on reassembly, and every bike is different, every time the cable is removed.
