Suzuki S40 Saddlebags

I recently bought a 2009 S40 & I bought the stock saddlebags. I know they are called 'throw over,' but has anyone installed these under the seat? If so, I appreciate any tips, thanks.

I have a "throwover" pair, they are awesome, but hopefully yours are small enough to sit directly underneath the rear turn signals and not sit on the muffler, otherwise you'll have to move the turn signals.

It was an easy install though, just take the seat off, throw the bags over, and put the seat back on. The only difficulty I had was to find the right combination of holes to run the laces through to adjust the length, i had to adjust a number of times, and then after a while of riding I had to readjust once it stretched a bit.
