Let it drain for quite a while, and had a couple of parts trips, so I'm very pleased. I decided to cut the manifold back so my ryca adapter would slip all the way down to match the sleeve and man is that thing thick! Three layers.
Back to top	2005 Suzuki Boulevard S40. Modifications include: Carb Jet-Kit with 52.5 Pilot, 150 Main Jet and reduced needle spacer. Idle screw out 3 turns. Dyna muffler. IP Logged

Ditto that! With no prior knowledge of these bikes, and limited experience working on other bikes (though I've worked on cars for years), I did most of those jobs/mods, and some others right off the bat. I had the site, Clymer's, my tools, and a good ol' time. Wink
