Have installed harley pipe cuse there was no pipe after head pipe. Did the raptor petcock cuse stock was bad. Rejeted for harley pipe . Bike now starts and runs but boggs down at more than 3/4 throttle complete lose of power but picks right back up under 3/4. ?

Pilot jet, main jet, and from what to what ?
Change the needle at all ? If so, from what to what ?

Cause .. my port WAS blocked with a NEW rubber stopper that was leaking within about 4 months.
