Cam chain tensioner upgrade

I'm putting together a list of stuff I will need for this.
verslavy, ordering from verslagen1
oil filters, ordered
clutch cover gasket, ordered
exhaust gasket, ordered
new heat shield, ordered
oil - Rotella T, pickup locally
Anything I have missed so far? Is there a gasket for the oil filter cover?
I have metric sockets and wrenches from my VW days.

The oil filter has two O-rings involved. One seals the filter and the other one the filter cover. Chances are you can re-use these once or twice.

And naturally those would be separately ordered parts?

Sturdy pocketknife tip, so no Buck brand Made in China garbage.
Snap ring pliers if yours has an external snap ring instead of an e/c clip type retaining ring. I've seen both styles used on Savage engines... My 98 has a little external snap ring, opens to remove.

snap ring pliers preferred, but it's a very small ring.
and the HF brand does not easily fit, takes some finagling.
in a pinch, a small screwdriver can be used to pry it open enough to get the pliers on.
don't over extend the ring or it won't close again. just enough to get it off.
