About the pictures:  This time of the year day breaks early, around 4AM. These are of Friday morning, and Saturday, as I rode the ferry across the sound to work. Of course I ride my motorcycle, so my good camera stays at home, these were taken with my Iphone. Just a few years back I would have been thrilled to have captured these with any camera, but knowing what I know now it leaves me wishing I had something better to have worked with. I can only imagine as the  technology improves the possibilities they might offer us with the phone/computer/camera you can slip into your pocket....who could have ever imagined.
