Finally went back for a "real" massage.

Me:" rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr"
Ivy:" this spot wrey bad"
Me: "yeah I know.."
Ivy:"dis spot be bad too, OK?"
Ivy: "I know you body.. it bad here(knuckle to the left shoulder)"
Me:" yes maam, "

talking in the background .. its mailman with Ms "light touch"

Ivy: "they talk not good... You relax, no talk"
Me:"uggg, ya..."


And that is why I only go after a few drinks.... and I am well sober for the ride home... which always feels great.

This morning.... not so much.... well it hurts, but in a good way.  
Rain expected today... and the weekend. So my 4 day run of riding is ended... for now.
