Yep, Most here like to poke a bit a stick at people (me included), BUT its all in fun.
TIPS? .... As a first time rider just take it easy. Learn your bike, think ahead, Teach yourself to look ahead on the road, expect ANYTHING!.
Treat all other road users as idiots and expect them to do the stupidest things and you can't go to far wrong, but most of all just enjoy riding !!!
