Mu Guzzi blued them in less than 20 miles, looked good. The Suzy didnt do it till I sat in the drive & gunned it a few times to listen to the valves.
Almost 5,000 miles & still shiny new lookin,, chapped my BUTT,, but, I got used to it,, now, it just looks like a bike thats been ridden.. not worth the effort, ride it,,

My experience with Blue Job....is that it works....but it is not easy.  The best results come from using it as a damp paste - but not a we paste that looks like white shoe polish.  You must also push as hard as you can and rub as fast as you can.  I had a pipe that was not mounted on the bike, and I placed a piece of carpet on the floor.  I put the pipe between my knees, and used the fleshy heel of my hand to push on the rag and wiped very hard and fast.....the rag got hot under my hand I was rubbing so hard..  The blue came off much faster than it does if you mix the Blue Job powder too wet, or just rubbed lightly.

Anyone ever use some kind of polisher? Seems to me it would be easier to let a tool do the work. I had also thought about mixing it with a fine oil so it wouldn't dry out so fast.

There is a youtube video for blue job. If I remember correctly they used a polisher and it worked real quick.

Okay, you go through the hoops to remove the blue. Isn't it gonna come back anyway?
