The square part of the frame you can stick a 18-24" long dowel into it just below where the relay unit is - the thing is open to the air ...

Ooo open to the rest of the frame - not to air - I would say hell no.

Why would they, its another big big big machining step. An angle hollow mill - they have those, its used to punch huge holes in I beams. I have a 43 mm or so one to make SV1000 triples. A 39mm one could be used for a savage ... but well, the frame, no.
