need help with carb (Read 73 times)

Either the float is stuck open (try tapping the side of the float bowl with a screw driver) Or the needle and seat are worn. There is a carb repair kit available K&L part# 18-5064 that contains the float needle and seat, float bowl gasket and o-rings for $12 shipped on ebay. Super easy to put in once the carb is off the bike. Can even be done with the carb on the bike.

His: 1987 LS650F stock except for 98 engine, Dyna muffler. Hers: 2008 S40 with factory bags, windshield and sissybar.
