6 hr ride

Rode down to daughters and Grandkids place.
Hubby was able to get the day off so we took
the bikes.
We rode the back roads on the way down. That
took alittle over 3 hrs as we stopped along the way
and ate.
Lots of beautiful scenery along the way and a little
road construction as well.
At least the one place that had posted "loose gravel"
was in the other land and not ours.. Smiley
We decided to bring the freeway home as was straight
shot. That of course meant we had to come along the
beautiful Columbai River..
This was the first time I have ridden a motorcycle along
the Columbia River. The times we have taken the bikes
down before, we rode home the backroads.
No pics, sorry as was getting late and after a long day
was just wanting to get home. Next time though.
It sure felt good to get back home.
Now the rain is supposed to come back this evening for
the whole week. Sad Sure will miss riding Genie to work.
Especially since gas has gone up 30 cents in 2 days here.
Hugs everyone.. Smiley kim

BOO..............I worked today, and I have to Sunday as well, arg! I have been taking the bike everywhere, even my 4 AM start time I have been wearing a light windbreaker and jeans, and no mask...forgot how those bugs hurt! I'll put the bubble back on in the morning before I ride and put on my slickers, but I'll leave my windshield off till fall. Rain don't stop me....  Kiss
