Never thought that I would say this, but I bought a new bike. Just purchased a 2005 M-50 Suzuki. Since I retired I've got more time to ride and have some good road trips planned. Just got done rebuilding the top end on the savage, once the bike is back together it will be ready to sell.
I hope you people will still let me chime in from time to time. This has really been a great learning experience on this form and everyone I have encountered were first rate bike lovers. Everyone take care and keep the rubber side down and your tank up. Thank you  for a great time with you.

A new bike is never sad... you're just a brother of another number... of cylinders.   Cool

Jimmer,
have a blast with the M50. I migrated from a S40 to a 2007 C50 a few weeks ago to do some two up trips with the wife. If you have not found it yet, there is a good , although nowhere near as great, forum at http://www.volusiariders.com/.
See you there, and here.

Good hunting

Jimmer, can we get an M50 review from you, compared to the Savage?

Sign up for the forums at www.IntruderAlert.com, pretty good site. Just be careful when you get into some of the non-technical forums, you're wife will end up taking a skillet to the back of your head...  Roll Eyes

IA can be difficult to join, sometimes you never get the correct temp password and have to e-mail the support staff a half dozen times or better before your "active" membership actually allows you to be active on the site.
