Posts: 10	How can I adjust my handlebars 05/01/13 at 14:13:31 I have a 2001 Savage and previous owner rolled the handlebars forward to reach them better. How hard is it to loosen them amd roll them back for more stretch? I see 4 caps on top but cant seem to pop them off . Are they meant to pop off and just wedged on? Thanks

The bolts are steel, the risers are pot metal, they can be corroded together hard enough that you'll wring off a bolt head before you realized what was happening. Been there...
