Time for a replacement. Any suggestions? BigCrank? Those tiny lithium ones?

It's all a matter of personal preference. I stick with the old lead acid because of the cost factor.

I just retired an Interstate AGM battery. It had just
barely
failed a load test.
Lasted over 9 years, though!

AGM, the equivalent of the dirt common lead acid wet cell CB14LA2, NOT the goofy stock battery. Unless Suzuki changed what battery they take since I bought my bike in 1998, the stocker is hard enough to find... The sealed AGM can be the more common version, no vent tube, and your battery cables are long enough to work with the "reversed" terminals versus the stocker.

That's the one. Fits perfectly in my 2007.
