Few people get arrested for "wreckless" driving. Most of the time it is for "reckless" driving.

Reply #7 - 04/21/13 at 13:56:24 To show 90 and being 120 you'd have to a chain conversion and high gearing. Have your speedo calibrated by AAA to be sure. Or find someone to run up to 60 with you and video the speedo readings. And you shouldn't be running downhill in a tailwind like that.

Sounds like a Ministry of Petty Prosecutions revenue collector is trying to generate more money for his state.
