The picture isn't real clear but from what I can see I like the seat on the Savage.

Paul that's ADVRiders' "back road" scooter. He explained that he built it that way for gravel roads! Have to admit that as funky as it looks, it's suited for the job.

I do believe that the Savage needs more rear shock if he is going off the pavement.  Even a medium sized pothole can bottom out the stock shocks.

The bike runs fine without mid controls. It's not like it gets jumped.
Much to my suprise it doesn't bottom out with the rear shocks adjusted firmly.

Here's a video http://youtu.be/HcU0OjxIiuI all the mods are listed in the video description.

If someone is gonna put such a fender on, you know its for a purpose,,I think its great, but, Ive got places in town where I need to either slow to a crawl or get off the seat,, & w/o mid controls, gettin off the seat is pretty much pull up kinda effort. Longview has some crazy speed bumps in a few parking lots.
How you keepin the belt safe from rocks?
You know, its okay to take more pics AND its okay to stand closer to your bike,,just sayin,, ya know?
I mean,, you get what I mean, man?
