Road America
BlackHawk Farms
Putnam park
Grattan
Gingerman
Brainerd
MidAmerica
Gateway
VIR
Carolina Motorsports Park
Jennings
Talledega
Roebling Road
Daytona
Barber
USA International Raceway
& oddly, I can see doing essentially a lap of all of those linked together, but not with stone walls, curbs, buildings, poles, fences, gates, & dirt mounds everywhere. The speeds attained there are insane. 200mph on the 1000's.

A 2 - 4 mile circuit is easy to momorize, and linking a number of these is not difficult.
If you can memorize a 38 mile circuit then you must be... quite in another league.
Isle of Man, Nurburgring (Nordschleife) and Pike's Peak are among the first circuits that come to mind, where you will need years in order to learn the entire course...
(and yes, I do know Pikes Peak is not a circuit... but I wanted to include it anyway
)
