carb gas leak

I changed the jets and did the spacer mod. Reinstalled the carb. Turned petcock to "on". Carb drips gas. Stops dripping when I turn petcock off. I didn't even try to start it.
I installed the Raptor Petcock a few months ago.
Any obvious ideas before I take it all apart again?
