how to fit a rear fender tire size 140/80-15

Will someone please help me I'm trying to fabricat/fit a rear fender on my 1997 savage but I don't have idea how to do it or start. Thanks and have yourself a savage day Shocked :'(

What's wrong with just buying one from ebay?  Or, is the intention to get away from the stock fender for some reason?

I'm sorry I didn't put that I'm tuning it into a bobber  that's why I'm not using the stock fender

Just had a same question posted...
suggestion was that it is heard in the savage society that trailer fenders would work great with low price,, havn't tried my self, but should be good

Very true! Go to your local Ag store(Tractor supply,Orschlens,Rural King) or a Harbor Freight outlet and check out the fender selections. There will be some that will fit the Savage,and cheaply! Several here have posted pics of theirs. If I decide to build a custom Savage I'd like to use an aluminum diamond plate trailer fender.

All of these are trailer fenders.First two cut to length,third as is.Drill and bolt to stock location.And cut out for belt clearance.
