Went to Lancers place today.
Besides being super cool & knowledgable, the dude has a veritable Savage/S40 scrap yard!

Drove away with a ton of stuff.

Thanks again, Michael!

If you want to look through parts better get here before the end of next week.  I'm packing the "keeper" stuff and throwing out everything else that is not carried off.
Shon ( Jiggyfly ) came by and loaded up stuff; some free and some dirt cheap.

Lancer,

I PM'ed you my address last week but didn't hear back. Did you get it?

Do you still have the belt guards, turn signals, left/right handlebar controls?

Yes, I do have most of those.  Sorry for the delay, it has been difficult to get much done this week, my father-in-law from my first wife passed away yesterday after a week in the hospital.
Jiggyfly stopped by during the week and that was about all the time I've had in the garage.  I did set aside most of the parts you and some others wanted while he was looking through stuff.  I've not forgotten, just delayed.

Sorry to hear that. Please accept my condolences.

I am in no rush; whenever you get around to it is fine.

LANCER, sorry to hear about your ex-FIL.  I wanted to wish you safe travels and good fortune in your move.  And I really appreciated getting to ride with you at the Dragon trips and coming to see you last summer.  I'm another who benefitted from your knowledge and from your need to unload some parts and stuff.  I hope we get to ride together again real soon!

Yep, good times.  Will miss not seeing you in the mountains.
I hope to get back again but it will take a couple of years before I can do that; so much to do moving and setting up all over again.
Ride safe dude.
