Black box under tank (Read 192 times)

BelizeanBanman Junior Member Offline Just ridin' my Savage. Posts: 75 Gender:	Black box under tank 02/26/13 at 22:23:08 What is the the little black electrical box under the tank called? Or what is it's purpose.. I seems as if it is giving a ticking noise when I try to start. When I tap it the neutral light goes on/off. Oh, and the bike doesn't start.. Any ideas?

Why would it mess with the neutral light though, are they somehow connected? My headlight indicator hasn't been working for a while. Is this all related?

Are you talking about the "sidestand" diode? That's the only thing I can imagine having an effect on your neutral light.
