S40 control switches for Savage
02/20/13 at 15:29:49

Can I use 2005/2006 S40's handle bar control switches on my '99 Savage without any major difficulty (with wiring or mounting etc.)?

Thanks.

If this has 4way flasher button, no, wiring is different.

Thanks. Was thinking of using the PASS button for garage door opener for cleaner look but guess I will have to use my own switch.

If I'm not mistaken, the flasher button is on the right.  You may still be able to use the S40 style left switch for a garage door.
