1986 Savage starts up heats up and dies. (Read 78 times)

Posts: 15	1986 Savage starts up heats up and dies. 02/02/13 at 10:12:06 My 1986 savage has just had the carb jetted, seals replaced, new float pin, and adjusted to spec. I can start the engine cold, no choke, and it runs beautifully. After about 3-5 mins it sputters and dies. It will not properly restart. What could it be?
