Every time I see your bike I'm reminded what a stunner it is!
I haven't logged many miles this year either due to the heat. My heat tolerance has decreased over the years, especially for commuting in traffic. We've had a brutal summer in Denver, too. We don't have the humidity, but the atmosphere is 20% thinner at 5280 feet, so the intensity of the sun is really rough.
I did get out for a few hours up in the mountains yesterday where it was cooler. Rode the Peak to Peak highway to Blackhawk, which is a real treat. My bike is pretty plain/stock, but these Savages are perfect for that type of riding.
Stay frosty!

Yep, prettiest bike in the crowd. I bet you got some oooohs! and aaaahs! at that party.
Sounds like all your systems are working great. I could certainly live with that indicator light. I think I would prefer it the way it is because as you mentioned it constantly shows you that the indicator is functioning.
Glad you got in some saddle time. Try and stay cool over there.
Hey Tocsik, one of the worst sun burns I ever got was in Grand Lake Colorado. I went for an early morning stroll through the town (like around 0800-0900). I was absolutely fried. Never expected that. It was very cool (probably 65 to 70). The sun at that elevation is wicked.

Thanks for the nice comments - yep the bike got attention. These guys seem to be a group of mechanical oriented bikers that appreciate other folks who build bikes.
We just had what I hope is our last bought of 90+ temperatures and the nights are getting cooler.
For the next week we are at an Old Time music festival, then off for a week with family....when I get back some serious bike riding time will be necessary! I hope to take a trip to Jasper, Arkansas with my neighbor for a few days.
