routing neutral wire and carb tubes
01/09/13 at 19:52:46

Hi all,
I reassembled my engine and put it back in the bike (see my other posts for why), but I can't remember how some of the lines were routed.

The neutral indicator wire comes out of the gearbox, and seems like it should pass into the clip that's nearby.  But if I put the wire through that clip (see first pic), it will a) hold it real close (or against) the hot engine body and b) be a really tight stretch under the frame, up along the battery and along the upper frame to where it meets under the tank (see second pic...index points to wire, pinky points to clip where it maybe should go?).  Or maybe I screwed something up?  Can anyone tell me if I'm off base?

Second, the pair of tubes coming off the back of the carb.. should I just route them as shown in the third pic, to end up under the seat?
