I know of a guy who is a felon, having done several years for a bunch of DUI's ... who owns several ... he also is on several anti deprerssants as well as a drinker even now who still drives drunk ...

Surely here in NC he bought the guns used and drives without a license. The responsible thing to do is next time you see him driving is call 911. Its up to the citizens to prevent crime. Do it before he kills some innocent. The laws dont work unless we make them work.

I dont see him drive. In fact I only see him maybe once a year. He says he drove here or there ...
