It's just local.I have two HD shops close to me and this is the only one that does it.Ride your bike (any kind)into the shop in January and that gets you a free T in Feb. at a party they through.Or you can just pick it up when they are in.You can't just go buy one.They have all kinds of contests among it.Coldest temp,deepest snow....etc.I love the looks when you pull up next to somebody and it's freezing outside. Grin

About 24 hours after my post, we got a four hour rain complete with wind and lightning. Going to be lower 20s Wednesday morning warming to 40s. I officially declare riding in that as winter riding.
