Trailer fender question
12/04/12 at 07:22:35
Was looking at pictures of savage bobbers today and love the look of the trailer fenders for the rear wheel. Since I'm also having my Harley rebuilt right now I can spend the money on the ryca bobber kit like I was hoping for so instead I might just go the trailer fender route and not hardtail it for now. I'm trying to find out where I can find the fender, and any other needed materials, plus what size fender for this bike. As always thanks in advance.

When I lived in Texas,I was using Northern tool part #1263 fenders. Now I'm back in Ohio,I use Tractor Supply fenders.Don't remember the numbers off hand. They are good and sturdy from both places.

Jahoo, I would just roll the tire, if possible into TSC and ask if you can get a look at their fenders. Laying the tire flat while measuring/eyeballing the fender radius should be a piece of cake. Keep in mind shock attachments and other parts that may interfere. Happy hunting.
