Please only keep ONE THREAD for your issue. Come back to the SAME THREAD when you are ready to report your test results. A different helper person should be able to read your ONE THREAD from start to finish and be able to get totally up to speed on your issue.

Folks coming here to get help have a responsibility to provide any requested information and to promptly perform the requested tests and report back the results on these tests before asking any additional questions.  By the time the thread gets to be 2 pages long without any attempts to make a repair……we are pretty much worn out and move on to other threads.
