Karl Rove's total meltdown live on camera was priceless. Why was he so 100% absolutly SURE that Rmoney would win?...see below. (snicker)

Cyber Sleuths Checkmated Rove?

http://occupyforaccountability.org/index.php?q=node%2F1075

...On November 12th, we received a letter from “The Protectors,” apparently a group of white hat cyber sleuths, mentioning our reward and stating that two months ago, they began monitoring the “digital traffic of one Karl Rove, a disrespecter of the Rule of Law, knowing that he claimed to be Kingmaker while grifting vast wealth from barons who gladly handed him gold to anoint another King while looking the other way.” http://www.velvetrevolution.us/images/Anon_Rove_Letter.pdf

“The Protectors” said that they had identified the digital structure of Rove’s operation and of ORCA, a Republican get out the vote software application. After finding open “doors” in the systems, they created a “password protected firewall” called “The Great Oz,” and installed it on servers that Rove planned to use on election night to re-route and change election results “from three states.”

The letter indicated that “ORCA Killer” was launched at 10am EST and “The Great Oz” at 8pm EST on November 6th. “The Protectors” watched as ORCA crashed and failed throughout Election Day. They watched as Rove’s computer techs tried 105 times to penetrate “The Great Oz” using different means and passwords....

...On election night, Mr. Rove worked the three states that held the key to the election – Ohio, Florida and Virginia. But when he tried to access the Ohio election website, he kept getting error messages.

Oh, and if there is still any doubt that Rmoney is a criminal, see below.

<snip>

"...To date, Romney’s legal troubles include fallacious FEC and SEC disclosures, an investigation into him and his son’s connection to an $8.5 billion Ponzi scheme, and concealing over $15 million from the auto-bailout, and now his surrogate’s malfeasance and perjury in the eToys bankruptcy case....

...on November 7, the day after his crushing defeat, the Delaware bankruptcy court judge entered the motion into the public docket and scheduled a hearing for December 4, 2012; all on the same day.

It was a victory for the whistleblower and eToys investors, and incriminating for the Delaware court and Willard Romney because although the judge received the Emergency Motion on October 24th, it was withheld from the public docket until after it was clear Romney lost the election and would not be appointing an attorney general to drop the case."

hey, liar boy Starlifter, you should address the two issues below before you continue to post stuff.

1) snip: okay, Star i see every now and then you don't try to steal someone else's quote. What genius said all this?
Who said your original quote? Give me a source.

2) Broadcasting Fox from any Canadian station is prohibitated
you said Fox is legally prevented from broadcasting from any Canadian station. Show me your source and verify this.

As much as I despise Fox, they have a legal right to do what they do and I have a right not to listen to their horsesh!t. Rush Lyeball Limpaddict probably does more harm than Fox. He's full of hate, not to mention other things. He's a racist Nazi who stirs up hate. The world would be a better place without him.

JOG, be advised: Webster is a fool who doesn't know his ass from live steam. He is "persona non grate" to me and I refuse to further acknowlege any more of his name-calling, lies, snark, and bullsh!t.

...So, okay JOG, just for you:

FOX News IS available in Canada, but being a "fantasy" channel, it's only available on "Pay TV." as they have laws against lying on real news channels.

Canada’s Radio Act requires that “a licenser may not broadcast … any false or misleading news.” The provision has kept Fox News and right-wing talk radio out of Canada and helped make Canada a model for liberal democracy and freedom. As a result of that law, Canadians enjoy high quality news coverage, including the kind of foreign affairs and investigative journalism that flourished in this country before Ronald Reagan abolished the “Fairness Doctrine” in 1987.

Regulators Reject Proposal That Would Bring Fox-Style News to Canada.

Source "Toronto Star"

Fox News will not be moving into Canada after all! The reason: Canada regulators announced last week they would reject efforts by Canada's right wing Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, to repeal a law that forbids lying on broadcast news.

Canada's Radio Act requires that "a licenser may not broadcast....any false or misleading news." The provision has kept Fox News and right wing talk radio out of Canada and helped make Canada a model for liberal democracy and freedom. As a result of that law, Canadians enjoy high quality news coverage including the kind of foreign affairs and investigative journalism that flourished in this country before Ronald Reagan abolished the "Fairness Doctrine" in 1987. Political dialogue in Canada is marked by civility, modesty, honesty, collegiality, and idealism that have pretty much disappeared on the U.S. airwaves. When Stephen Harper moved to abolish anti-lying provision of the Radio Act, Canadians rose up to oppose him fearing that their tradition of honest non partisan news would be replaced by the toxic, overtly partisan, biased and dishonest news coverage familiar to American citizens who listen to Fox News and talk radio. Harper's proposal was timed to facilitate the launch of a new right wing network, "Sun TV News" which Canadians call "Fox News North."

Harper, often referred to as "George W. Bush's Mini Me," is known for having mounted a Bush like war on government scientists, data collectors, transparency, and enlightenment in general. He is a wizard of all the familiar tools of demagoguery; false patriotism, bigotry, fear, selfishness and belligerent religiosity.
Harper's attempts to make lying legal on Canadian television is a stark admission that right wing political ideology can only dominate national debate through dishonest propaganda. Since corporate profit-taking is not an attractive vessel for populism, a political party or broadcast network that makes itself the tool of corporate and financial elites must lie to make its agenda popular with the public. In the Unites States, Fox News and talk radio, the sock puppets of billionaires and corporate robber barons have become the masters of propaganda and distortion on the public airwaves. Fox News's notoriously biased and dishonest coverage of the Wisconsin's protests is a prime example of the brand of news coverage Canada has smartly avoided.

*****************************************************************

The other reference, (Study shows Fox News Viewers Know Less Than People Who Don't Watch Any News). Came from a study done at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Fox News viewers are less informed than people who don't watch any news, according to a new poll from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

****************************************************************

Now that's it, any further questions, do your own research. Google is your friend.

I can tell you one thing about canadian TV though ... I lived there in 98/99, didn't notice the absence of anything cos I wasn't that into TV, but their political farce genre is absolutely killer. Ours ... well is non existent.
I actually like canadian TV overall, quality not quantity is the motto.
Cool.

Star; are you honestly so stupid that you really believe a Canadian governmental body made a determination that Fox News was factually incorrect so therefore could not broadcast in Canada? Are you that stupid or are you the most gullible idiot on the planet? Which one?

below is from Fox's website showing their canadian broadcasters and another paragraph from Wikipiedia.

Canada
In 2003, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) rejected a Canadian Cable Telecommunications Association (CCTA) application to bring Fox News to Canada because Fox News U.S. and Global Television were planning to create Fox News Canada (a combination of U.S. and Canadian news). In 2004, after a Fox U.S. executive said there were no plans to create the combined channel, the CRTC approved an application to bring Fox News to Canada.[85]
Fox News Channel is currently offered by Access Communications, Bell TV, Cogeco, Eastlink, Manitoba Telecom Services, Rogers, SaskTel, Shaw Cable, Shaw Direct and Telus TV. An exception is Vidéotron, Canada's third-largest cable company, which has not added Fox News Channel to its lineup.
