Hey guys,
I purchased the trailer fender from Northern Tool that was brought up earlier in past posts, to make my own rear fender for my '96 bobber project. Now I am at a dilemma, I am going to cut the fender to fit only over the top of the tire. Only problem is I have absolutely no idea how to bend a piece of 1/8" steel that is 7" wide to curve over the tire. Any ideas??!

The curve needs to be made beforehand... You need the buy the correct dimension from the factory, where they use powerful presses to shape the metal... ...

This one is from Tractor supply.Put it on as is no mods.
