Computer question: monitor calibration.

I just went to a three monitor setup with an Asus ProArt 24" for the main, an older LG 20" on one side, and a new Asus cheapie 20" on the other.
I use an ATI Raedon 5670 video card, and have an older Huey calibrator.
I can hand calibrate the LG to look pretty close to the calibrated ProArt, but the new Asus has minimal built in calibration tools and looks like crap compared to the ProArt. I can calibrate each monitor individually with the Huey to good results by making it the main monitor in the Windows 7 display panel, and all will hold the calibration until I reboot the computer.
To me this means that the software (either Huey or Windows) is keeping only one profile- for the monitor that is selected as main when the computer boots up. I have asked the sales staff at a couple of computer shops and they say "it's probably a software thing"
So I don't know which way to throw my money at this problem- new calibrator?, new video card? Both?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm of no help but...
The card lets you run the three VGA, HDMI, and DVI at once?

I have the Radeon x700 with a VGA and an adapter to go from DVI to VGA. I just bought an external USB video card to add a 3rd VGA monitor two nights ago. It was 55 bucks and I am not impressed with it at all. Anything more than using outlook to read emails and it becomes slow and choppy.

I have the ProArt connected to the display port, the LG to DVI. and the Asus into the HDMI with an adapter to the DVI input on the monitor.
