Clicking, is a lack of juice... if the battery is good (good),.. check connections...
.. at battery, ground strap, relay, and starter...

(PS, a battery can show good at rest, and not under a load)... Wink...

Well,.. now you have two problems...
Raptors don't cause clicking...  but it sounds like yer' float is stuck... tap the floatbowl with the handle a screwdriver... if that don't fix it,.. Yer' goin' in... to fix the stuck float...

Then,,, back to the battery... and connections...

...turn the key and voltage dropped to just over 11 and hitting the starter drops it to 4. I think I will charge the battery again  Angry

I would not be surprised if you find out that your battery is toast.  How old is it?

Connections on the battery arent the only ones,, check the ground on the motor.

IDK the age of it, or condition, or, how much mechanic blood you have, so, dont be offended,, Clean & tight is the correct recipe,
If youve done what you think make sense & its not working, take the battery out & have it checked, Or, jump it straight to the starter, Make Sure that thing is in Neutral, or it will walk off the stand.

Ohhh, yea, you Can pull the plug, See if its got the guts to spin it W/o compression in the picture.

If the voltage dropped to 4 volts when you tried the starter, your wiring connections are probably good. But your battery isn't. Take it out, add water if needed, and charge it at no more than 2 amps overnight. Better, take it to Autozone or the like and have it checked. Most likely you would be better off to just buy a new one. If you do, charge it before you install it. Do not count on it being charged off the shelf.

When I bought my battery at the dealer - it came with the acid in a bottle and you had to add it......then put it on a 1.5 amp or less charger overnight.  The first one only lasted a month then started acting up like the OP battery.....just not enough juice.  I took the battery back and got a new one under warranty and it has worked fine for several months.  For some reason I just got a bad one the first time.

I believe the OP needs a new battery......

Do you plan on doing the mini battery mod, or just getting a same spec AGM and keeping it in the stock box?
