I am trying to remove the baffle from my muffler. The retaining bolt is out but the darn thing is rusted in there. Any advice?

I am trying that now. I was going to spray some penetrant in there but figured I would have flame following me.

Same muffler I had, I took the baffle out too but eventually the rest of the muffler rusted out to hell. You may have to drill it that screw out.
