To me:

The bad:
WAAAAY too small gas tank
Seat is uncomfortable for long rides
handle bars are too low
5th needs to be better ( too many rpms @ 70)
5th shifts funny
bolts seem "soft" I have replaced many
potential oil problems (non-roller)

The Good:
I got it cheap
light easy to control ( like backing it up with your legs to park)
love the torque monster!
quiet, refined sound (stock)
style, is refined not loud (HD) or gimmicky(most crotch rockets)
understated power... sleeper
Stable easy to ride

PS: bike mechanic asked if it was a 250.
