Me 880s on sale

I run Metzeler Marathons and love 'em. It's nice to be able to adjust your line or lean more in a decreasing radius curve with confidence. I know different areas of the country have different deals, but Ron Ayres has fronts for $108 and rears for $135. That's a pretty good deal here in Ms. Give 'em a look if you're in the market for rubber.

Ive never had Metz's on, & the pegs are so cut down from dragging I had to wire the rubber on the r side back together..

JOG, You just braver than I am. I'm comparing them to IRC GS 18s and Dunlop K555. Serowbot likes inexpensive Shinkos. Everybody has a preference. Just letting ya'll know they're on sale.

I dont think I ever touched a peg with the OEM tires.. they never felt right.
I had some cheapo rear after that & it felt like it was glued down, the next one didnt & wore out in 5 minutes, same brand, NLA,, I wonder why.,.
After that, Dunlops & theyre good enough on grip, but they are gone in 5K miles.
Ive literally had to pull my foot back so just the toe is on the peg, because its being folded up farther than my ankle wants to go & my foot in getting in a bind between motor & peg. There are some good turns on the road to town that I had enough passes on to work on them & get them down. I wouldnt be hitting turns that hard if I didnt have a bunch of time on them. & I dont trust a road today that I went down yesterday. Someone may have spilled some dirt or fluid. Best to ride your route & look at it once, make sure youre not flying into a bear trap;/.

Stock silver 2002 ls650 with small saddle bags. Looks like Granny's old worn out bike, nothing special to it at all.
(all mods except BIG piston and carb change have been done, but do not show)
