Hello all, When relocating the voltage regulator does the housing need to be grounded or is it grounded through the wiring ? Thank you in advance...

It grounds through the black/white wire.

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut between the seat and the handlebars. Make sure yours isn't too tight or too loose.
