hi all! I decided to share with You impressions about the trip and show the beauty of the Samara places.

water in it unusually beauty. and although it is quite small, but very deep and the water in it transparent and cold.

What a nice place to ride,, the lake is pretty,, but Im not gettin in Cold Water,
That looks like a Broad area, generally flat,,like what we have in the central parts of America. WE have lots of farming & cattle ranching thru those parts,
I thought I saw some kind of agriculture in one of your pictures,
You got to ride with quite a few people,, do they like your Savage?

привет Wambr, actually my name is Maurizio which translates into Boris. Wink

I am a few years from retirement and I am slowly converting my Savage for medium-long range touring (at the moment I am mostly buying pieces...)

The Silk Way is only one of my dreams, the other is riding across all of Russia.

From the Eestonian border to Moskva it is easy, and I assume from Moskva to Cheliabinsk it is not difficult.

BUT...

How is the road from Chelyabinsk - Omsk - Novosibirsk - Krasnoyarsk - Irkutsk ?

From Irkutsk I could ride to Ulan-Ude, Chita and eventually to Vladivostok...
...boat to Alaska or the US Pacific coast Cool

across to New York, and another ship back home...
