Versy's 2nd annual Dip and Dash

Well it's time for a meet and greet in the heet.

We'll ride the east fork road (11miles) again, but a lot earlier.
It'll take about half of the SR39 (22miles) to get there and a third of the Glendora mtn road(22miles) to get back, or we could do all three for some real mountain mileage.

In the past, it's been a wrench and ride w/o the ride. So this year it'll be just a ride. If you have a little tuning to do, great, we'll see what we can do.

Meet in the morning, tune, ride, then for those about to boil over I have a pool to cool our tootsies in.

I'm thinking last weekend in august again unless there's a better date.

That is a great ride!

There's actually a chance I might be able to join you -- I have to get out of this miserable heat, and Mrs. Doc and I might as well visit the moms and sibs and son. Heck, if I can get in some riding and a little boogie-boarding...

Now I'm old enough to remember when 39 connected with the Angeles Crest Highway for a fantastic way to get from Azusa to La Canada (or the reverse...)

Well... august wasn't good to me. A week before the appointed date, I dropped my bike on my foot due to the dreaded grease trail of the roach coach.

Now with my feet back under me, let's have a tune and chat.
Gotta couple of new toys to play with.

Saturday, September 22 9am till whenever.

The grill will be up and burning hot dogs to your taste. Cool
